Indication Treatment and control of swine pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae & complicated by Actino­bacillus, Haemophilus & Pasteurella spp. Helps maintain weight gain and feed efficiency in the presence of disease. Poultry: Treatment and control of infectious coryza and chronic respiratory disease caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and/or Mycoplasma synoviae, & compli­cated by Escherichia coli. Dosage Swine – prevention: 1 kg/ton of feeds for 5-7 days; treatment: 2 kg/ton of feeds for 5 days. Broilers, replacement pullets – prevention: 0.5 kg/ton of feeds for 5-7 days; treatment: 1 kg/ton of feeds for 5 days.ContraindicationsDo not give to animals receiving salinomycin, monensin or narasin. Do not treat chickens producing eggs for human consumption.PrecautionsEnsure that animals have free access to drinking water. Re-establish diagnosis if no response to treatment is obtained within 5-7 days.11
