Each Tablet contains: 
Amoxicillin Trihydrate………50 mg
Tylo sin Phosphates…….….220 mg 
Paracetamol ……………….…..10 mg 
INDICATION: 
Treatment of CRD, Pullorum, Coryza, swollen head syndrome, bumble foot and others that caused by organism sensitive to Amoxicillin and Tylo sin. 
DOSAGE: 
3 months old and up cockerel. Fighting Cock: Give one tablet once a day for 3 – 5 days
